I am a native of Dublin. Having graduated from DIT Art dept in 1996 I began my journey as an ephemeral Sand, snow and ice sculptor.

I have represented Ireland at exhibitions and competitions all around the world a have been crowned world champion in Sand and ice sculpture a few times.

Seeing the success of these projects abroad and along with my good friend Niall Magee we set up Duthain Dealbh in 2001 to facilitate the production of large scale sculpture projects and documentary/ film making in Ireland. Now Niall has moved abroad and it is up to me to continue carrying the Duthain Dealbh torch under my own name.

Fleeting Sculpture

I have renamed Duthain Dealbh to it’s English translation Fleeting Sculpture. It’s a lot more catchy, don’t you think.
